President
The President serves as the chief executive and public representative of Bollywood Society, providing strategic leadership and setting the long-term vision for the organisation. This position holds significant influence across the university community, acting as the primary liaison between students, university leadership and nearly 18 External Stakeholders.
Responsible for overseeing all society operations, governance, partnerships, and major initiatives, the President ensures the successful planning and execution of events while driving organisational growth, member engagement, and community impact. The role requires strong leadership, decision-making, stakeholder management, and the ability to inspire teams to deliver experiences that shape student life and leave a lasting legacy across the university.

Vice President
Is The Second in Charge Supports the President in managing the society and oversees internal operations. Works closely with team members to ensure projects, events, and strategic goals are delivered effectively.
Treasurer
Oversees the society's finances, budgeting, sponsorship income, and event expenditure. Ensures financial sustainability and accountability across all activities.
General Secretary
Holds Significant Responsibilities manages administration, documentation, compliance, and communications. Responsible for meeting records, organisational processes, and ensuring the society operates efficiently
Head Of Marketing & Media
Leads the society's brand presence across digital platforms. Responsible for content creation, marketing campaigns, audience engagement, and promoting events to maximise reach and attendance.
Head of Volunteers
Leads and manages the volunteer team, ensuring volunteers are engaged, supported, and effectively allocated across club activities. Responsible for volunteer recruitment, training, retention, and overall volunteer operations.
Head of Events
Oversees the planning, development, and delivery of all club events. Responsible for event strategy, logistics, budgeting, team coordination, and ensuring successful event execution.
Volunteer Coordinator
Supports the Head of Volunteers by coordinating volunteer rosters, communicating event requirements, and assisting with volunteer onboarding and engagement initiatives.

Assists in the planning and delivery of club events by supporting logistics, vendor coordination, setup, and operational requirements to ensure smooth event experiences.
Marketing Officer x2
Develops the club's visual identity and promotional materials. Responsible for graphic design, branding consistency, event marketing assets, and ensuring a professional and engaging public image.
Collaborations & Partnerships Officer
Builds and maintains relationships with external organisations, sponsors, student groups, and community partners. Identifies opportunities for collaborations, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships that benefit the club.
